Barista position available in Kosher Third Wave Coffee Shop

This busy coffee spot in the midwood section of Brooklyn is looking for and individual with a clean professional appearance who is passionate about coffee for coffee’s sake to join the team and continue what we have created here.

Our shop is located in The Madison/Midwood location of Brooklyn https://g.co/kgs/vt7667 (Please confirm that this is not an issue before responding to the listing).

We are a true third wave shop, and have a very dedicated following. We can only grow with the right people that can keep the mood going (almost a perfect score on Google and Yelp).

We roast our own and are passionate about what we do and so are our customers.

Job requirements are fairly straight forward, pretty much what you would expect in a busy coffee bar (espresso drinks, milk stretching and steaming, pour-overs both hot and Cold, grinder and espresso machine operation and daily maintenance/sanitation etc.)

Our customers expect consistency so we will need someone that will learn those recipes and continue developing what we have started.

The right candidate will have or will get a NYC Food Safety certificate within 6 months of hire.
