Field Service Technician

Visions Espresso is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain commercial coffee equipment across the Seattle area. You’ll work directly with cafes, restaurants, and hospitality clients, providing top-tier service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site installation, maintenance, and repair of espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document service work.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years mechanical or technical experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Rate: $28–$30/hr DOE
• Benefits: Company car + fuel card, 401(k), health/vision/dental insurance, and paid time off (PTO)
