Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Tea House and Retail Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tea house and retail showroom. This role requires a harmonious blend of expertise in hospitality and retail management to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of both the tea house and retail showroom, ensuring seamless integration between the two spaces.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall environment to reflect the brand’s ethos.
Staff Leadership:
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
– Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Experience:
– Ensure all guests receive outstanding service, blending knowledge of premium teas with insights into our speaker products.
– Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.
Inventory and Product Management:
– Manage inventory levels for both tea and retail products, ensuring timely ordering and stock replenishment.
– Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality teas.
– Develop our pastries and food program.
– Oversee product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with brand standards.
Sales and Marketing:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for both the tea house and retail showroom.
– Plan and implement promotional events, workshops, and product launches to drive engagement and sales.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and other marketing channels.
Financial Oversight:
– Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.
– Handle daily financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation.
Compliance and Safety:
– Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
– Implement and maintain safety protocols for staff and customers.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a tea house, café, or similar setting.
– Strong background in retail management, with a focus on luxury or high-end products.
– Passion for premium teas and high-fidelity audio equipment.
– Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
