In this role, you\u2019ll serve as a key marketing contributor, developing strategy and managing business planning for a variety of channels. You\u2019ll leverage your expertise to align strategies consistent with overall company goals. You\u2019ll lead a team of outside specialists and creatives to execute plans. If this is you, we want to meet you!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">To succeed in this role, you\u2019ll have a deep passion for the commercial coffee industry and fluidly jump from the creative to the analytical side of marketing, being able to offer data-driven support for your strategies and plans. You\u2019ll drive and oversee all marketing campaigns, while acting as a trusted collaborator with our leadership team.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Strategic Planning &amp; Management:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Plan and execute strategic goals and action steps with regard to Marketing and Sales targets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Be responsible for customer acquisition.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Develop marketing projects from start to finish and track results.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Manage and be accountable for internal and external marketing resources to assist you in executing strategies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Provide regular reporting on key metrics to leadership for collaborative decision making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">SEO &#8211; Direct the execution of all efforts to promote sustainable SEO strategies that align with company goals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Website Optimization:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Conversion rate optimization<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Product catalog management<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">A\/B testing of landing pages and related performance<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">UI\/UX &#8211; Developing and ensuring implementation of standardized best practice website layouts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Paid Ads &#8211; Guide and execute a dynamic paid advertising strategy in collaboration with external partners that maximizes contribution margins.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Content Development &#8211; Develop and assist with writing, editing and proofreading original content (blog posts, videos, ad campaigns, social media, email campaigns, etc.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Email Marketing &#8211; Lead our team to prepare and send thoughtfully timed email campaigns that align with the broader marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Creative Assets &#8211; Develop strategies to build and implement creative assets to use across all mediums to drive traffic to achieve strategic targets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Other Channel Management &#8211; Ensure a strategic and aligned execution of marketing strategy on all additional channels we choose to employ (e.g. SMS and\/or Social Media campaigns).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Qualifications, Experience and Attributes<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Wired to embrace and exhibit our company values:\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Integrity Always<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Customer First<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Continuous Improvement<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Pioneering Spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">5+ years of e-commerce marketing experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Professional experience in the commercial coffee equipment industry\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Firsthand technical knowledge of commercial coffee equipment is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ideally 1+ year of remote work experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Demonstrated history of being highly execution oriented;
