That&#8217;s why our innovative precision burr grinders are built to deliver consistent, repeatable grinds suitable for a multitude of coffee preparation styles as diverse as our customers that brew them.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As the Social Media &amp; Content Specialist for the Baratza brand, you will optimize communications to drive demand and authentic engagement with customers and influencers. You craft stories that balance business objectives and brand goals, adapting to the needs of a dynamic social media environment. And you do all of this because at your core, you care, and you stay curious. About people, about coffee, and about maintaining a growth mindset!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Develop, implement, and manage Baratza\u2019s social media strategy and calendar by working closely with the Baratza Marketing Manager and collaborating with Breville\u2019s GTM team.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Support and execute integrated campaigns that align communications across key touchpoints, such as Instagram, EDMs, blogs, and TikTok.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Practice effective time management, adhere to deadlines, and proactively drive projects to completion.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Regularly track &amp; report on campaign performance, social media trends, and industry activity.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Create content, deliver high-quality copywriting, and undergo regular critiques to ensure brand consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice on all media channels.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Engage as a human &#8211; respond to comments and questions across our social media platforms in a timely, friendly manner.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Stay up to date &#8211; Be curious. Listen for new ways to make Baratza stand out to our customers domestically and globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">We\u2019re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">2+ years of experience in social media management<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">On-brand copywriting experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Experience with social media analytics and tracking tools.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Scheduling and reporting through Sprinklr is a plus.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Strong organizational and time management skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Customer-centric, professional, and personable via email\/social media.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Flexible, with the ability to handle multiple commitments, prioritize, and manage time efficiently with minimal guidance.
