{"id":1922,"date":"2024-06-24T09:26:04","date_gmt":"2024-06-24T16:26:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=1922"},"modified":"2024-07-25T00:21:46","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T07:21:46","slug":"tea-associate","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/?post_type=job_listing&p=1922","title":{"rendered":"Tea Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1923 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kettl-tea-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"368\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kettl-tea-logo.jpg 500w, https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kettl-tea-logo-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kettl-tea-logo-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Kettl-tea-logo-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 368px) 100vw, 368px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Tea Associates are responsible for ensuring the success of all daily cafe operations within the assigned cafe.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Specific focuses will include interacting with guests, beverage preparation, cleaning, stock counts, re-stocking, and performing in accordance with quality and operational standards.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Tea Associates are responsible for completing all daily checklists, operating with safe food handling practices, and working as a member of a team.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In addition, this role will support management in weekly operational tasks related to inventory, and operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">All daily cafe operational activities with a focus on customer experience at the Front Bar<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Greet and interact with guests to take orders, assist with purchasing information, and prepare beverages as ordered<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Execute all beverage preparation and customer service to provided standards<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Identify tasks for slow periods to improve cafe<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ensure health and hygiene safety and compliance while on shift<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Complete all assigned shift duties and checklists daily<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">This position requires a minimum of 3 cafe shifts per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista role at a quality focused, F&amp;B business<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Experienced in cafe operations, inventory and stock management, cash handling, POS procedures, hospitality<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Special considerations for applicants with certifications, licenses, or unique experience related to field<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Legally authorized to work in the United States<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Must be able to safely lift 25lbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Compensation:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Employment Classification: Non-Exempt<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Compensation: $18\/hour<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Benefits: Medical and Dental benefits with 50% company contribution to full time employees<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">20% employee discount on Kettl products<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">80 hours PTO accrued<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, Kettl reserves the right to add or remove duties based on business needs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Employment with Kettl is for no specified period and constitutes at will employment.
