{"id":2552,"date":"2026-07-12T10:21:44","date_gmt":"2026-07-12T17:21:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=2552"},"modified":"2026-08-11T00:06:32","modified_gmt":"2026-08-11T07:06:32","slug":"head-of-green-coffee-division","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/?post_type=job_listing&p=2552","title":{"rendered":"Head of Green Coffee Division"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2553 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Sixth-Sense-logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Sixth-Sense-logo.jpg 500w, https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Sixth-Sense-logo-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Sixth-Sense-logo-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/sprudgejobs.coffee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Sixth-Sense-logo-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Head of Green Coffee Division | China (Nanjing \/ Shanghai)<br \/>\nFull-time | On-site | Green Coffee Trading \/ B2B<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We are Sixth Sense Executive Search, and we are partnering with an international group of companies to find a senior leader for their Green Coffee Division in China.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This role sits at the intersection of commodity trading, B2B sales, and market development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">About the Role<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Head of Green Coffee Division will be responsible for building and expanding green coffee sales across China, managing the local team, sourcing buyers, overseeing import operations, and developing long-term B2B partnerships.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Business Development &amp; Sales<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Develop and expand green coffee sales across China<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Build and manage B2B relationships with producers, HoReCa clients, restaurant groups, distributors, coffee chains, and industrial buyers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Identify new market opportunities and sales channels<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term supply partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Green Coffee Trading<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Manage green coffee sourcing and procurement processes<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Work with international suppliers, exporters, and producers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Lead commercial negotiations on price, quality, and contract terms<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Coordinate coffee portfolio strategy according to market demand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">China Operations<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee import and supply chain processes for green coffee in China<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Coordinate with the local team and operational partners<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Ensure smooth execution of logistics and deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">What we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">5+ years in coffee industry (Green coffee experience is not mandatory)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Experience in trading, sourcing, import\/expor<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Strong B2B and international supply chain experience<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Solid understanding of coffee trade and market dynamics<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Experience in China \/ Asia market is a strong advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Languages \u2014 all three required:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Russian \u2014 professional or native proficiency<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">English \u2014 professional working proficiency<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Mandarin Chinese \u2014 average working proficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Location:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Current location in China is not mandatory<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Relocation to Shanghai will be supported by the company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Compensation:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Salary:\u00a0USD 6,000\u20138,000 per month, depending on the candidate&#8217;s experience, skills, and expertise, plus performance-based bonuses.
