Duties<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\nShop<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee stocking and organizing of supplies and goods consistently and regularly, including syrup\/drink prep.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Record inventory and maintain orders with suppliers.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee keeping shop, bar, bathrooms, sitting, merch, and back areas consistently clean, stocked, tidy and organized.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee deep cleaning schedule for shop areas on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee chores and task lists, &amp; maintaining quality, systems, and that barista tasks are regularly being done.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Coordinate maintenance of machines, equipment and other scheduled tasks with owners and team.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee quality of coffees and goods, maintain recipes by tasting and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Team<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Check in regularly with baristas to touch base and support work, well-being, technical and other needs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Communicate feedback helpfully to both maintain and make improvements to the team and shop.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Be the first point of contact for coverage and help; communicate and set expectations for sick time\/ time off.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Professionality navigate team dynamics, barista morale\/ standing &amp; technical skills with objectively &amp; maturity.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Organize team availability, monitor schedule planning and fill in shift gaps as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Oversee progress and assist with new barista training and maintaining standards.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Available to and respond to needs, questions, troubleshooting or emergencies experienced by team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Customers<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Check up, foster &amp; maintain relationships with customers to connect and improve hospitality &amp; community..<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Receive and communicate feedback to better serve our community long term and support our brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Qualification &amp; Traits<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Clean, organized, self-managed, and thriving in maintaining order,\u00a0 lists and straightforward tasks.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Unbothered by meticulous details and able to constantly \u201creset\u201d and clean areas to maintain them routinely.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Sees physical &amp; systemic needs and is proactive to maintain and find solutions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Maintains consistency in service and demeanor to set the tone for the team and represent the shop\/brand.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Able to handle variables and common problems, and make gracious decisions (often under pressure) for the benefit of both customers, team and shop.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Able to see and be part of solutions for problems, with a willingness to help grow and build team and shop improvements.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Models and exemplifies our values of hospitality, generosity, excellence, teamwork, inclusivity and community expected from all on the team.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Considers and serves the best interest of the shop, team, and customers over self as a leader, with a servant leadership, behind the scenes approach.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Exemplifies character, self-awareness, a contagiously good attitude, assumes the best in others, has a long-term view of success, a sense of abundance, trust and patience, and is not intimidated by others.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Aware of self-performance, open to criticism and continual fine tuning and willing to grow to improve, learn, and add value to our team, and move us forward towards our common goals as a company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Structure<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Salary position : 50-60K<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Avg hours- 40\/week (30min and up to 60max during busy seasons)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">General breakdown:\n<ul class=\"ul2\">\n<li class=\"li1\">40% Operations Lead block (20hours)\u2013 routine management and admin tasks; self-guided through operational lists &amp; projects<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">40% Barista block (20hours &#8211; 40%)- part-time schedule of barista shifts as needed, pop-in shifts during peak times as needed; set to be consistent but also available to be flexible<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">10-20% Flex block\u2013 unexpected priorities, open shifts \/ sick days, on call \/ emergencies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">PTO: 15 days a year ;
