This role ensures products and supplies are accurately received, stored, and distributed to support production, wholesale, caf\u00e9s, and internal operations while driving e<span class=\"s1\">\ufb03<\/span>ciency, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Duties\/Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Lead the warehouse team and drivers, including coaching and performance reviews as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Manage and maintain inventory levels for allied products, boxes, bags, production supplies, and other materials.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Oversee and Manage regular cycle counts according to scheduled requirements and reconcile discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Coordinate with the Supply Chain manager for vendor relationship management and item selection.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Create purchase orders (POs) and compose professional emails for ordering.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Coordinate with the Purchasing and Operations Support Specialist for item set up and Netsuite updates.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Oversee and Manage the preparation and shipping of packages for wholesale customers, ensuring accurate, order pulling, packaging and labeling.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Oversee and Manage shipping logistics.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area and dock to optimize space management.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Manage building maintenance, coordinating repairs and service calls with vendors as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Oversee and Manage the unloading of semi-trailers and box trucks using a forklift upon delivery.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Verify incoming shipments, resolve vendor discrepancies, accurately receive inventory in NetSuite, and ensure products are stored in the appropriate warehouse locations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Collaborate with Sales, Caf\u00e9 Operations, Production, and Customer Service teams to anticipate demand shifts, support promotions or launches, and resolve supply-related issues.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Oversee and Manage continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse organization, space optimization, and material \ufb02ow.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Identify supply risks and escalation of potential disruptions to the Supply Chain Manager.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Provide support to the production team as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Provide support to the customer service team as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Quali\ufb01cations &amp; Skills<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">2-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Forklift operation experience preferred but will train.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s3\"> \u2022 <\/span>Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly preferred but will train.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li2\">Familiarity with Microsoft O<span class=\"s1\">\ufb03<\/span>ce Suite and ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Strong organizational and time management abilities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with vendors and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Ability to lift heavy objects above 50lbs and operate a forklift.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Capability to work in a physically demanding role that requires standing, lifting, and organizing stock regularly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Disclosure<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">A<span class=\"s1\">\ufb03<\/span>rmative Action\/EEO statement<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">FairWave provides equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
