We want someone who\u2019s passionate about problem-solving and eager to take on new challenges. Our team of service technicians are factory-certified pros with an average of over a decade in the field, you&#8217;ll be in good company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Essential Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Previous experience in the coffee industry<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">High school diploma or GED<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Valid driver&#8217;s license with the ability to be insured<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Strong oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Working knowledge of multimeter use<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Vo-Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Position Benefits<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">Negotiable starting wage of $23 &#8211;
