You will be invited to participate in some of the decision-making processes around maintaining and improving that coffee program.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair equipment<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Assist with Quality Control<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Extensive Customer Service responsibilities, including customer training and relationship building for both current and potential customers<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Uphold the proper procedures when documenting service tasks, progression of job, and invoicing.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Maintain parts inventory.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Participate in manufacturer training for new or existing equipment and pass any applicable tests.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Maintain daily communication with onsite team and customers.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Learn and maintain an understanding of current coffee industry standards through continued in-house training and self-education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Job Requirements<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Familiarity with tools and basic understanding of how commercial coffee equipment works.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">2+ years\u2019 experience as a barista at a specialty coffee shop\/ cafe<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Baseline technical aptitude for commercial espresso machines, coffee machines, coffee brewers, coffee grinders and water systems<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Proficiency with tools, machinery, electricity, and plumbing<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Able to work in an energetic and diverse environment at various locations in a dense urban environment<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Strong barista skill set<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Enjoy drinking coffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Preferred Requirements<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">2+ years\u2019 experience repairing coffee equipment: La Marzocco, Mazzer, Fetco, Mahlkonig, Bunn, Fetco, Simonelli<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">2+ years\u2019 experience cupping and evaluating coffee based on roast, origin, process, etc<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">2+ years\u2019 experience wholesale customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Physical Activities of Job<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Standing for sustained
