What Are On Demand Barista Shifts?
\nWe work with skilled baristas to fill one-off shifts at cafes around your city
\nVariety of shift locations, days and times available<\/p>\n
How Does It Work?
\nCafes, coffee bars and special events book shifts through us whenever they need some extra coverage
\nWe alert our awesome baristas (you!) whenever a shift becomes available
\nYou simply reply to claim the shift if you\u2019re interested<\/p>\n
Who You Are
\n+2 years specialty coffee experience
\nConfident in dialing in and consistently extracting balanced espresso shots
\nComfortable with exploring new environments, menus, and asking for help with needed
\nInterest in exploring your local coffee community and a variety of bar operations
\nLatte art is a strong plus!<\/p>\n
